Estoy investigando sobre el deporte extremo: ciclismo de montaña, y necesito saber el tipo de indumentaria adecuada para realizar dicho deporte y si se les ocurre alguna idea para poder mejorarla! Hola Sabri,soy profe de educacion fisica y personal trainner....en cuanto a la indumentaria te recomiendo zapatillas adaptables a las punteras de tu bici,debes tener ropa ajustada al cuerpo no demasiado pero para evitar te enriedes en pedales y puedas moverte libre arriba de la bici,en principio yo usaba calzas largas ya que si caes te lastimas mucho las piernas y el mountain depende que zona y geografia tiene muchos golpes...obvio casco para bici SIEMPRE...y bueno esencial preparacion fisica...y siempre con un profe de educacion fisica experimentado en este deporte esde alto extremo implica fuerza,explosiva velocidad,pero iniciate para disfrutarlo...recuerda toda actividad debe ser adaptada a vos...mucha suerte¡¡y te van a quedar unas piernas divinas...ojo no descuidar las elongaciones...y la postura saludos...desde Argentina Bs.As puedes consultarme a vidadecalida@hotmail.com |
